Due to the current tariff situation and related import delays, some product arrival and fulfillment dates may be extended beyond our original estimates. Please note that refunds will not be offered for delays caused by these external circumstances. We assure you that we are doing everything possible to minimize disruptions and keep you updated on your order status.

  • Tanoshi Anime and Toys Return Policy

    At Tanoshi Anime and Toys, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

    Return Timeframe

    • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

    Eligibility for Returns

    • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all tags and packaging included.

    • Certain items such as clearance, digital products, mature themes or bespoke merchandise may not be eligible for return.

    Process for Returns

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or in-store to initiate a return. Be prepared to provide your order number and details about the item.

    2. Ship the Item: If approved, securely package the item and ship it to our store address:

    3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

    Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

    Order Cancellations

    Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment to the designated address, we are unable to process any order cancellations and refunds, and it would be subject to our standard Return Policy.

    For In-Stock and Now Shipping Items:

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours prior to it shipping. After this period has expired, and the order has started processing for shipment, the order will be subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee in addition to a 10% Restocking Fee. If the order has already been processed for shipment we are unable to proceed with a cancellation as the item is already with the courier.

    For Pay-In-Full (Standard) Pre-Orders:

    The pre-order may be canceled within a 72-hour grace period from order placement to receive a full refund on your pre-order. Once the grace period has expired and you wish to cancel the pre-order, there will be a 20% Cancellation Fee deducted from your refund.
